1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "tiger888" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting service operated at tiger888.vin, including all games, betting markets, payment systems, and customer services made available through that domain.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any natural person who has registered an account on tiger888 or who accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account held by an individual on tiger888, through which that individual accesses games, places bets, deposits funds, and requests withdrawals.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money PKR funds held in a player's Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a player's Account under the terms of a specific tiger888 promotion.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary transactional currency of the tiger888 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process tiger888 uses to confirm a player's eligibility and identity before processing withdrawals or granting elevated account privileges.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 9 of these Terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on tiger888, clicking any "I Accept" or equivalent confirmation during the registration process, or by accessing and using any part of the Platform after these Terms have been published, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an Account, must not access the Platform, and must immediately discontinue any existing use. tiger888 reserves the right to refuse access to the Platform to any person who does not agree to these Terms.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account on tiger888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. tiger888 is strictly an adults-only platform and does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register, access, or use the Platform in any capacity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are registering in your own legal name and are not acting on behalf of another person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from tiger888 or had an Account closed by tiger888 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of tiger888 or any of its software or payment providers.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid contact email address. tiger888 may at any time request documentary evidence to verify the information you have provided, including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or proof of ownership of the payment method you use for deposits and withdrawals.

Each player is permitted to hold only one Account on tiger888. If tiger888 identifies that a player holds more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities, tiger888 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any pending bets placed from those Accounts, and permanently forfeit any Balances held in the duplicate Accounts.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tiger888 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

• You must notify tiger888 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• tiger888 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from tiger888 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
• tiger888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
• You must use a password that is unique to your tiger888 Account and not reused from any other service.
• tiger888 recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available to all players from within the Account security settings panel.

tiger888 reserves the right to temporarily lock any Account where unusual login activity is detected, pending identity verification by the Account holder. This is a protective measure and does not constitute a suspension for breach of these Terms.

5 Deposits & Payments

tiger888 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. tiger888 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges which are outside tiger888's control.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. tiger888 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed within the Cashier section of your Account at the time of deposit and are subject to change.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in PKR as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Tiger888 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
• tiger888 does not accept deposits in any currency other than PKR. Any attempt to deposit in a foreign currency will be declined.
• tiger888 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before crediting a deposit where fraud prevention procedures require it.

6 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their available real-money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, in accordance with tiger888's anti-money-laundering obligations.

• Before tiger888 processes a first withdrawal from any Account, the Account holder must complete full KYC verification by submitting a valid CNIC, proof of residential address in Pakistan, and proof of ownership of the designated withdrawal payment method.
• Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified accounts are processed within one business day. Accounts that have not yet completed KYC verification may experience longer processing times pending document review.
• Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will not form part of any withdrawable Balance.
• tiger888 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain PKR thresholds, in accordance with international anti-money-laundering standards applicable under our gaming license.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined where tiger888 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms by the requesting Account holder.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

tiger888 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, all Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the relevant promotion.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on tiger888 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the time period specified in the promotion will expire and be removed from the Account without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless tiger888 explicitly states otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Abuse: tiger888 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

8 Gaming Rules

All games available on tiger888 — including live casino games, slot titles, jackpot fishing games, and sportsbook betting markets — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game or market interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager.

• tiger888 uses independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) software for all virtual casino games. The integrity and randomness of all game outcomes is certified by our third-party auditor under the terms of our international gaming license.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or software error during a game round, tiger888 will endeavour to resolve the round to the last recorded valid game state. Where this is not possible, all wagers placed in the affected round will be voided and returned to the player's Balance.
• Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as confirmed by the governing body of that sport. tiger888's decision on bet settlement is final in all cases where the official result is subject to reasonable interpretation.
• tiger888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or stake amounts that resulted from a manifest technical error, including incorrectly displayed odds or game payables, regardless of whether the bet has already been accepted.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts for all games and betting markets are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and are subject to change at tiger888's discretion.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tiger888. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, voiding of all open and settled bets, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same identity or different identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's payment method to fund an Account or receive withdrawals.
• Employing automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device that interferes with normal gameplay or provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies in live casino games.
• Exploiting known software bugs, errors in displayed odds, or any other technical vulnerability of the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including opening multiple Accounts to claim the same welcome offer, using low-risk wagering strategies to convert Bonus Funds, or any other conduct designed to circumvent bonus terms.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the tiger888 platform — including but not limited to the tiger888 name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, data, and audio-visual elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of tiger888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any tiger888 content without the prior written consent of tiger888.
• You must not use the tiger888 name, logo, or branding in any way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with tiger888 without express written permission.

11 Responsible Gaming

tiger888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and ensuring that the Platform is used for entertainment purposes only. We acknowledge that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our obligations under our international gaming license seriously in this regard.

• Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and over. tiger888 will not knowingly permit any underage person to access or use the Platform.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from within their Account settings. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased with immediate effect — any upward revision is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can configure session duration reminders that will alert them when they have been playing continuously for a specified period.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of their choosing — from 24 hours to 6 weeks — during which no login, deposit, or betting activity is possible.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break may request permanent or extended self-exclusion. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the expiry of the agreed period and tiger888 will not send any marketing communications to self-excluded players during the exclusion period.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tiger888 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

• tiger888's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
• tiger888 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform.
• tiger888 is not responsible for any failure of a player's own internet connection, device, or software that causes a loss of gaming session data or results in a bet being placed other than as the player intended.
• Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit tiger888's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

tiger888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, tiger888 will provide at least 14 days' notice to registered players via the email address on record for their Account, or by publishing a prominent notice on the tiger888 homepage, before the revised Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any remaining Balance before the revision takes effect.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tiger888 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to tiger888's customer support team for resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days of the initial complaint being lodged, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution procedures specified under tiger888's gaming license, the details of which are available on request from [email protected].

Nothing in this section shall prevent tiger888 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court to protect its intellectual property or prevent ongoing Prohibited Conduct.
